  • Personal injury accidents as well as crimes in progress such as robbery, home invasion, felonious assaults, and domestic assault — Dial 911

  • Property damage accidents or crimes not in progress or without suspects, contact the Michigan State Police Lansing Post at 517-322-1907, or go online to the Ingham County Sheriff’s Department website to file your report online by clicking the online crime reporting form.

The Ingham County Sheriff’s Office (ICSO) has an online reporting form that residents can use for alerting ISCO to matters that are non-emergencies, have no known suspect and have occurred within the Sheriff’s Office area of patrol. All others will require that you contact the Ingham County Central Dispatch at 517-483-7600. Contact 911 if the matter is an emergency.​
