Community Room Rental
Vevay Township is happy to offer the Community Room at the Township Hall for use by Vevay Township residents.

The rental fee for the room is $300.00, which includes a security deposit of $200.00. Rentals run from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (midnight). Please note that only Vevay Township residents and individuals that own real property may rent the room. The rental fee must be paid in full to reserve the Community Room. The Community Room rental agreement has been modified to reflect new policies. If you have rented the room in the past, please note any changes that may have occurred to the policy since your last rental by reading the “Community Room Information Sheet” below.

After you have signed the rental agreement, please contact the township for payment instructions. Email your agreement to clerk@vevaytownship.org.
Your booking is official when it has been approved and signed by the township office and payment is received. You will receive a confirmation with an approved copy of agreement and a receipt, either in person at the township office or by email.

Pavilion Reservation

The Vevay Township Pavilion is available on a first come first serve basis at no cost.
​
If you would like to reserve the Pavilion, at no cost, residents must sign the Pavilion rental agreement and provide an insurance certificate in the amount of $500.00 to insure against any personal injury or property damage arising out of the usage of Township property. Our rental agreement has been modified to reflect new policies. If you have reserved the pavilion in the past, please note any changes that may have occurred to the policy since your last reservation by reading the “Pavilion Rental Agreement” below.
