Community Room Rental
Vevay Township is happy to offer the Community Room at the Township Hall for use by residents.
The rental fee for the room is $300.00, which includes a security deposit of $200.00. Rentals run from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (midnight). Please note that only Vevay Township residents and individuals that own real property may rent the room. The rental fee must be paid in full to reserve the Community Room. The Community Room rental agreement has been modified to reflect new policies. If you have rented the room in the past, please note any changes that may have occurred to the policy since your last rental by reading the “Community Room Information Sheet” below.

After signing the agreement below, please contact the township for payment instructions. Your booking is not official until it has been approved and payment has been received.
